We are confident you’ll find LIVIYOUNG products reach the highest standard of health product. However, if you are dissatisfied, please return the remaining product with your receipt and reason it failed to meet your standards. LIVIYOUNG Online will refund the product purchase price or replace the product for free, at your option.

1. If you are unsure regarding the suitability of our products for your needs, please do not order multiple or large units. Once product leaves our premises, we cannot account for its disposition and therefore cannot resell returned products, even if ‘unused.’ Returns of multiple units of the same product for reasons other than spoilage or issues that are traceable to manufacture will be credited for one unit.

2. Here are some conditions associated with our refund policy:

We have a 30 days refund policy The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together. The packaging should also be in original condition with original shipping container as received. Liviyoung International Sdn Bhd (1583268-P) will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 10 working days after the confirmation.

3. We strive to process your refund from the moment the returned item passes the quality check in the storage offices. But, the refund depends on the transaction and the processing time of the bank. In case of non-compliance in the refund, LIVIYOUNG Online (Liviyoung International Sdn Bhd) may, at its discretion, ask you to provide us with a screen shot of your bank statement. We understand that in part of the situations, it takes the product more than 10 days to get to our quality control and storage offices, and as a result, a request for refund can take a long time. In such a situation, we can process the refund amounts immediately, but if the product does not pass the quality control, we retain all the authority to find a way to recover the officially credited amount in your account.

However, if you are dissatisfied with quality issue or any other issue, please return the product with your receipt and reason it failed according to quality requirements. LIVIYOUNG Online will refund the product purchase price or replace the product for free, at your option. Please read our Term and conditions for Return and Refund Policy as following:

  1. Only items that have been purchased directly from LIVIYOUNG official Online Store can be eligible for a return.

Any Liviyoung International Sdn Bhd product purchased through other retailers is not eligible for this policy and must be in accordance to the respective retailers’ returns and refunds policy.

  1. Goods are eligible for a return if the following are applied:

Incorrect:

The item is not the item you ordered. Wrong size or quantity is different from what is indicated on the order summary, or there are missing items inside the packaging.

Damaged:

The items are found to be damaged upon receipt. Items has been tampered/refurbished or modified. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges to return goods. Returns are applicable only for a complete Liviyoung Official Online Store product.

 

Returned items must meet the following requirements:

    The damage item must be shipped back to us within 7 days upon receipt. (as proved by the postal or courier receipt).

      You have proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt).

    Item must be in new condition and returned in its original packaging and free gifts received with it. All packaging must be unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.

      Item must be returned in the original box (or with, at least, suitable packaging) to protect the Product from damage during return delivered.

Change of order and cancellation of order will not be permitted once payment has been confirmed.

Any cancellations due to a change of mind will not be accepted.

 

We reserve the right to reject any cancellation, refund that deemed unfit or unreasonable.

  2. Your full refund will be issued once we have received and examined the returned goods at our return center. Once the returned goods fulfil our return policy, the full refund will be initiated. The method of refund will be processed depending on your original payment method:

    Online Bank Transfer, full refunds will be credited into your bank account via online bank transfer, which should be posted within 3-5 working days.

    Credit card refunds services, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank.

    Kindly contact your card-issuing bank with regards to the duration of the credit refunds.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Address:

We will only ship to addresses provided in the billing address or shipment address provided during your purchase.

Please ensure correct addresses and reachable phone number are provided when completing your order. We do not ship to P.O Boxes (Post-Office Box) and only to valid legitimate shipping addresses.

We will not be liable in the event of an incorrect shipping address is provided and goods are returned to us.

All re-delivery of goods to you will be charged for a associated shipping charges which will be disclosed upon request for a second delivery attempt.

Change In Shipping Address:

If you have any request for change of shipping address within 24 hours BEFORE we ship the products, please call at our office number and email us at iliviyoung@gmail.com immediately within the time upon your order submission.

If request of change in shipping address is made after 24 hours upon order confirmation, customers will be responsible for any associated shipping charges.
